Workshop In Algeria

Workshop In Algeria

Project Details

Project Description

The Algeria Workshop Project is a 2,520-square-meter industrial building located in Algeria. It aims to provide modern production facilities to enhance local industrial capabilities. The workshop is 105 meters long, 24 meters wide, and 11 meters high, offering ample space for various industrial activities.

The main steel structure of the workshop consists of welded H-beams coated with two layers of medium gray paint. This coating improves the steel’s resistance to corrosion, ensuring durability in harsh environments. Welded H-beams are known for their high strength and stability, making them an ideal choice for modern industrial buildings.

The workshop uses 50mm thick EPS composite panels for the building materials for the roof and walls. These panels offer excellent thermal insulation and durability, making them suitable for Algeria’s climate. To enhance durability, the purlins are galvanized, further improving corrosion resistance. These materials provide effective insulation and help reduce maintenance costs.

The workshop’s facilities include two 5-ton overhead cranes crucial for efficient operations. These cranes significantly improve material handling efficiency, supporting faster and more streamlined production processes. This setup offers great flexibility and meets various industrial production needs.

Structural Features

The Algeria Workshop Project incorporates the following structural features:
