Project Description
The Audi Uruguay showroom project is the first Audi 45 shop in Montevideo, the capital of Uruguay. The project has a total area of 4,587 square meters and consists of two main parts: the showroom and the workshop. The showroom has a truss structure while the workshop has a portal steel frame structure. The walls are mainly made of 100mm thick large glass polyurethane composite panels with some aluminum composite panels, while the roof is made of 100mm foam composite panels (20 kg foam).
Showroom Design & Structure
Truss structure: Truss structure has the characteristics of lightweight, high strength, and high space utilization, which is very suitable for the demand of open space like an exhibition hall.
Wall Maintenance Material: The use of 100mm thick large glass polyurethane composite panels not only provides good thermal insulation but also enhances the modern sense of the showroom.
Roof Maintenance Material: 100mm Foam Composite Board (20 kg Foam) provides excellent thermal insulation for the roof and ensures comfort inside the showroom.
Workshop Design & Structures
Portal steel frame construction: Portal steel frame construction is robust and able to withstand large loads, making it ideal for the needs of a building such as a workshop, which requires high-strength support.
Wall and Roof Materials: In line with the showroom, high-quality wall and roof materials were used in the workshop to ensure uniformity and aesthetics throughout the project.
